In order to provide landlords peace of mind and to make sure that tenants are content and settled in their houses, we provide a courteous and professional service. We also work closely with our clients to ensure they have little worries whilst renting and maintaining their properties.
5% of annual rent, with a minimum charge of £375.00 plus VAT.
The cost of the service includes a credit check, comprehensive referencing, drafting of the tenancy agreement, advertising, scheduling of Legionella assessments, gas safety checks, schedule of conditions and inventory, both in written and pictorial form. The Landlord is in charge of registering the deposit with an authorised programme, such as the Tenancy Deposit Scheme or the Deposit Protection Scheme; we can provide assistance and direction in our office.
Our commission charges are 9% -10% of the rent received plus a one off per tenancy payment of £200.00 (to include as above) plus VAT.
The rental amount will be accounted to you on a monthly basis, less any deductions for authorized reactive or planned maintenance works.
